As spring warmth returns and women’s grace shines bright, 2026 marks the 116th International Women’s Day. UN Women sets the global theme as “Rights, Justice, Action: For Every Woman and Girl”, calling for the removal of structural barriers to gender equality. Against this backdrop, Jianjing Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (Jianjing Consulting) hosted a series of events under the theme “Blue & Gold Bloom with Grace, Art & Beauty Nurture the Spring” to celebrate women’s contributions, support their growth, and honor the power of women in the workplace.
Female employees of Jianjing gathered both online and offline to share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore paths of professional growth — fully demonstrating the competence, confidence and responsibility of modern professional women.

Wang Qin, Chairperson of Jianjing Consulting Women’s Federation, delivered the 2025 work summary and 2026 work plan, extending festive greetings to all female employees.
In 2025, the Women’s Federation focused on four core goals: improving professional competence, protecting legal rights, caring for physical and mental health, and enhancing team integration. It launched more than 10 key initiatives, including rights-protection lectures, cultural events, and care programs.

For 2026, the Women’s Federation will follow the approach of “Strong Guidance, Excellent Services, Brand Building, and Development Promotion”. It will launch the Women’s Care Program, establish Women’s Career Growth Files, and build 1–2 branded programs to become a reliable “family” for female employees.

Ren Tingzhu (Head of Shanghai Youkang Architectural Design Institute) and Zhu Lingzeng (Head of Shanghai Branch) extended warm wishes. They affirmed that women are an indispensable “half the sky” of the company, noting that female employees bring rigor, empathy and vitality to the team. The company will continue to build an inclusive platform for women to pursue career success and personal fulfillment.

Seven outstanding female representatives delivered thematic speeches, sharing insights on career growth, mental health, work-life balance, and innovation.
Cao Dongliu explained the significance of gender equality in corporate development and introduced Jianjing’s actions: a high-potential female talent pool, resume blind review, fair salary review, gender diversity quotas, and the Blue & Gold Top 10 awards. She called on women to be advocates for change.

Liao Xianjie (Head of Human Resources) addressed the mental pressures faced by modern women and shared practical self-care methods: mindfulness breathing, emotional journals, nature therapy, and setting healthy boundaries. She encouraged women to be kind to themselves and build inner resilience.

Chen Guanxi (Wenling Branch) shared her experience balancing management roles and motherhood. She emphasized efficiency at work, quality time with children, and letting go of “perfect parent” pressure. Balance, she noted, is about finding a sustainable rhythm.

Jin Qing (Head of Finance) shared how art — especially music and dance — nurtures calm and strength amid busy schedules. Art is not an escape, but a source of gentle power.

Feng Yu (Shanghai Branch) highlighted women’s natural advantages in sustainability and governance. Jianjing’s women drive green initiatives, public welfare programs, and inclusive governance — proving women are core to long-term corporate value.

Li Siting (Digital Center) encouraged women to embrace AI and digital tools. She outlined a step-by-step digital skill upgrade path, stressing that AI is an enabler, not a replacement.

Yan Jiaxi (Head of Investment, Financing & Strategy Research) shared her 10-year growth at Jianjing, earning multiple professional certifications. She urged women to keep learning, break boundaries, and pursue self-fulfillment.
